Hands-down the best experience we’ve had with any contractor. Our 24×24 barn caught fire and was a total loss. We needed the charred structure fully demolished, all debris and burnt timber removed, the concrete slab broken up and hauled away, plus the entire area excavated and re-graded for a new build.
They gave us a straightforward, fair price. The crew showed up the very next week. They were careful around the remaining property, kept everything clean, and even separated and hauled off the scrap metal at no extra charge. The site was left clean, level, and ready for the next phase.

O’Risky Excavating is the best! We had an huge old barn on our property that needed to be demolished. We talked with 9 different companies and individuals. We finally found O’Risky Excavating. They were so professional from the beginning. They carefully sized up the project. Told us all the things their organization could do to help us with the project. They left and sent a clear cost estimate in a timely manner. They came in a very reasonable amount of time to do the project. They had the whole barn down in 45 minutes. They dropped it right where it was without touching any other structures nearby! The clean up and grading of the site and the tracks from their vehicles were all completed in another day and a half. They took all that could be recycled to recycling and removed all the unrecycleables off the property. They were all pleasant and respectful. We would highly recommend them for any excavating or demolition project!! We would definitely use them again. Thanks, O’Risky’s for a great job.

I had a drain line across my lot that had started caving in in places. The issue was quickly identified and a quote for repairs was received within a few days. Work was started in the morning and wrapped up in the afternoon. The drain pipe and all connections were installed in a leak proof manner. Although more settling of the soil around the drains than was allowed for, and required additional dirt to be brought in to finish up, everything else appears well completed. I would recommend O’Risky Excavating for additional work where required.
